About Marketform > Marketform in the community

Marketform works at identifying and releasing the potential of its employees to create a culture that reflects socially responsible business practices. It achieves this by encouraging all employees to share in training and fun events that help them to live the values that underpin its customer and employer brand.

Marketform has recently formalised its CSR approach to recognise its responsibilities in sustaining the environment and giving something back to the communities in which employees live. Marketform has joined the European Climate Exchange group of companies. This commits Marketform to an annual internal audit to determine its use of electricity and employee and business travel.

As a member of the Lloyd's Community Programme Marketform encourages employees to participate in the reading in Tower Hamlets schools scheme.

In addition Marketform is involved in a wide range of sponsorships, work placement programmes and community schemes. Here are some of our current and other initiatives it has supported.
